Therapist-Coach Conversion Training

A three-day training course based on the BACP’S new competence framework (2023) to train qualified and experienced Counsellors and Psychotherapists to meet the ethical standards to identify as Therapist-Coaches.
This specialist interactive course combines academic and experiential approaches to integrate therapy and core coaching skills for a practitioner interested in attaining additional knowledge and skills needed to work effectively as a Coach. The packed curriculum will focus on:
- The contemporary principles of coaching
- Professional coaching skills workshops
- Methods, models and techniques of coaches
- Ethical responsibilities and boundaries
