As a Supervisor, Kerry provides critical support to professionals in caring roles, including counsellors, coaches, legal professionals, and safeguarding teams. Her supervisory approach creates a safe and supportive environment for those who support others, helping professionals manage the emotional complexities of their work.

In her professional roles, Kerry serves as a director at The Workplace Collective, specialising in mental health support for legal professionals. She provides Reflective Practice for Family and Children’s teams, writes for the Law Society on mental health topics, and offers leadership support for Mountain Rescue England and Wales network of teams. A key component of her work involves delivering comprehensive, psychology informed mental health training to corporate organisations, helping businesses develop robust strategies for employee wellbeing and building team and individual resilience.

Kerry’s professional mission is to promote mental wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth. With her comprehensive training, deep empathy, and adaptive therapeutic approach, she empowers individuals to navigate their unique life challenges and achieve their full potential.
