Emma is a counsellor and psychotherapist. She has extensive experience working with individuals of all ages, with families, groups and communities.
She has a BA in Social Anthropology and Post Graduate in Counselling and Psychotherapy. With specific training in a wide range of mental health conditions and experience working with complex and co-occurring issues.
Emma uses a variety of therapeutic techniques including creativity and takes a keen interest in trauma informed, body focused work, with an emphasis on providing stabilisation and emotional regulation.
She is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP).
