With extensive experience in providing support and guidance, Emma specializes in training individuals to become Mental Health First Aiders and equipping managers with the skills needed to navigate conversations about mental health effectively.

Driven by a deeply personal mission to reduce stigma and promote understanding surrounding mental health, Emma draws from a wealth of knowledge and experience, both professionally and personally. As a neurodivergent individual with a family background in neurodiversity, Emma brings a unique perspective to her practice, fostering an inclusive and empathetic approach to mental health support.

Having faced personal challenges, including the loss of a loved one to suicide, Emma is committed to empowering others to prioritize their mental well-being and cultivate resilience in the face of adversity.
