Charlotte Slater

Director, Executive Coach, Leadership Trainer

Charlotte is a business leader with over 25 years of experience in organisational development, leadership, and professional training. As a founding director of a training business she helped scale from startup to £20 million turnover, she knows first-hand what it takes to build high-performing cultures and the people within them.

She brings that rare combination of commercial rigour and deep human understanding to her work at TWC, leading on learning design across the business, coaching executives, and developing leadership programmes that create lasting behavioural change. With expertise spanning instructional design, facilitation, and organisational development, Charlotte creates training that is as commercially grounded as it is psychologically informed.

Charlotte is a qualified Executive Coach at ILM Level 7, holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development, and a Postgraduate Management Diploma from Loughborough University. Her BA (Hons) in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Leicester reflects a lifelong fascination with human behaviour that runs through everything she does. She is driven by a simple belief: that self-awareness is the foundation of every great leader, and that when people truly understand themselves, they lead differently.
