Catherine is privileged to have 40 years nursing experience, beginning her career within Learning Disabilities and then Mental Health. Her journey has led her to varying roles, from that of Staff Nurse , Residential Social Worker, Senior Nurse, Ward Sister , Nurse Clinical Lead, Modern Matron to that of Best Interests Assessor and now mental health trainer and workplace wellbeing advocate. Her varied nursing roles were within the community, hospital wards, and day services therefore gaining experience within, young adults in the community, children’s home, elderly assessment, nursing home continuing care, acute patients ward in both learning disabilities & mental health, and hospital MH day services.
