Becki is all things hospitality. Working for over two decades in an industry that have learned to ‘grow their own’ Becki’s speciality is nurturing talent through leadership (Being a Leader) and pre leadership (Being a Human) training. Working with people usually in their earlier careers or often starting their leadership journey. An approach of character and soft skill development, as well as what any commercial business needs- the customer, their positive feedback and subsequently their revenue (Being the job).

With other industry experience, including the 3rd and Education sector, Becki’s delivery style is a very pragmatic, with a brilliant ‘keeping it real’ ethos. Becki also has the ability to model the learning in ways that can be very creative, you could argue somewhat left field.

An established Mental Health First Aid Trainer Member since 2012, Becki has grown with the Mental Health revolution in workplaces and is able to facilitate sessions, in an exceptionally safe, yet challenging way, to really influence a shift in the delegates approach to their own and others mental health

In addition, Becki has developed as a professional coach, with an ILM Level 7 grounding allowing some great experience at coaching for senior leaders. However, her true strength is coaching/mentoring early career/younger people, who are developing their growth mindset.
